Limitation of Intermediary Liability

Auto Master is a digital software marketplace platform that connects independent buyers, private sellers, and registered dealerships. We do not own, take title of, inspect, or manage physical custody of any vehicles or car parts listed on the platform. We assume no legal responsibility for the structural condition, documentation accuracy, or legality of individual marketplace items. All inspections, test drives, and financial handshakes take place off-platform between users. Auto Master does not handle transactional funds between buyers and sellers, provides no physical escrow management, and holds zero liability for off-platform transactions.

Subscription & Platform Fees

Payments processed directly to Auto Master—including monthly dealer portal access tiers, premium memberships, or standalone sponsored listing upgrades—are managed via secure external payment channels (such as PayFast, Peach Payments, or Ozow). These platform fees are dedicated strictly to subscription features and portal tools and are fully non-refundable.

Account Enforcement and Data Preservation

Auto Master reserves the right to suspend or remove profiles that share fraudulent listings or violate platform rules. In alignment with criminal policy controls, profiles that have published active listings cannot be completely wiped from underlying database records upon account deletion. Public visibility fields will be anonymized, but backend security data will be retained in an encrypted state for potential access by authorized law enforcement officials.
