We do not collect more information than we need, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.

• Create and manage your account
• Display your listings to potential buyers
• Send you notifications related to your account or listings
• Verify that accounts and listings are legitimate
• Improve the platform based on how it is used
• Comply with South African law

• With your permission - for example, when you contact a seller, your message details are shared with that seller
• Service providers - we use trusted third-party services to host the platform and process payments. These providers are required to keep your information secure

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

• Your public profile and listings are removed immediately
• If you had active or historical listings, certain account records may be securely archived for a reasonable period to protect against fraud and meet legal obligations
• Archived data is not visible to the public and will only be shared with law enforcement if legally required

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Request deletion of your account and personal information, subject to the fraud-protection clause above
